Delaware Capitol Police arrest two subjects for forgery

Today, Delaware Capitol Police arrested Carol L. Tribbett, 49, of Dover, and Shan Morning, 37, of Felton, on two charges of Forgery Second Degree, Conspiracy and a single charge of Offering a False Instrument for Filing. Police allege that Tribbett and Morning forged a doctor’s signature and a Division of Motor Vehicle (DMV) employee’s signature on State forms and turned them in to Dover DMV officials in an attempt to have the window tint waived on a vehicle. Both were presented at Justice of the Peace Court #7 and released on unsecured bond pending a future court appearance.
