Georgetown -- 35-year-old Ronaldo A. Gonzalez of Georgetown was arrested for an incident that occurred in 2008. Police were contacted by the Division of Family Services in reference to a 13-year-old female that had disclosed she had been sexually assaulted by Gonzalez in 2008. The child was interviewed at the Children’s Advocacy Center and advised that Gonzalez had digitally penetrated her during October of 2008. March 11, 2009 - The Georgetown Police Department is investigating an incident that has left a Georgetown resident seriously injured. Officers were dispatched to the area of North Railroad Ave. for what appears to be a botched robbery. The victim, Merito Galvez-Roblero, was walking to his residence at around 9:40 P.M., when he was confronted by a lone assailant who, without warning, stabbed him in the chest with a knife.
